VOOV is a Real Estate Virtual Staffing company founded in 2020 by Kris Weaver (CFO), Sergio Tiffer (CEO), and Ahmed Martinez (HR Director) with Headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA, and Operations in Nicaragua, Central America.
We bring 25+ years of Real Estate experience and top-notch solutions in Marketing, Executive, and Sales to Real Estate businesses all over the United States.
Back in 2017, I was working with my partner Kris Weaver (Chief Visionary Officer) on a different company dedicated to home renovations and new constructions. At that point, we were using VAs for our company and his other companies, and we briefly explored the option of offering the services to other Real Estate Companies based on the amazing results we were getting. Nothing really happened until 2019 when I came across the idea of moving to Nicaragua to open this company.
In 2020, I moved to Nicaragua and met another of my partners and co-founder of VOOV, Ahmed Martinez. Together, we opened the company and started with 3 agents and we grew our headcount now to 200 agents servicing Real Estate teams, agents, and companies throughout The United States. We definitely knew that this was a model that works because we were using it 6 years before we started this new journey.
The Nicaraguan people are very hardworking, they are highly educated and innovative, and it’s also very cost-efficient to work with them. This allowed Kris, me, and other of our partners to grow exponentially because our investment was worth every penny. Thanks to this, we were able to use our resources for expansion and innovation, and that’s how VOOV was born.
We are very proud of what we have been able to achieve so far, and I believe that this is a milestone we accomplished by breaking the mentality about using people from other parts of the world. It’s also worth mentioning that we don’t hire in mass which allows us to provide more personalized and highly efficient services.
