1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VOOV services or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and opt into any communications. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

VOOV offers:

  • Virtual Assistant staffing and support for Real Estate and other industries.

  • Marketing, administrative, executive, and sales assistant roles.

  • Discovery calls, onboarding, training, and client support services.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in forms and calls.

  • Use VOOV services only for lawful and professional purposes.

  • Not misuse, replicate, or resell our services or content without written permission.

4. Payments & Contracts

All payments and service agreements are defined during onboarding. Any setup fees or monthly fees will be agreed upon in writing. Refunds or service changes follow the signed contract terms, including a 30-day money-back guarantee for new clients.

5. Intellectual Property

All VOOV branding, visuals, documentation, and service frameworks are the property of VOOV and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

VOOV is not liable for:

    • Client-side errors or miscommunications.

    • Business outcomes related to the use of our Virtual Assistants.

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms or our policies at any time. We’ll notify users of significant changes via email or website notices.

8. SMS & Text Messaging Communications 

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from VOOV. The following terms apply to our SMS program:

  • Description of SMS Use Cases: You consent to receive text messages regarding discovery calls, onboarding updates, training, marketing materials, and ongoing client support. Message frequency may vary.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • Customer Support Contact: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at inquiry@voov.io or 571-261-7545.

  • Message & Data Rate Disclosure: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

  • Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt into VOOV SMS communications.
